SOOOOO many new places now offering up their versions of a "home-cooked" breakfast. Establishments have changed hands....places have closed......new places have opened.
Time to visit these places and rate 'em!
This is what I'll order at EVERY restaurant.....2 eggs over easy, bacon (mildly crisp), biscuits and gravy, and coffee.
I'm looking for eggs made properly, flavor of eggs, bacon, biscuits, sausage gravy, and coffee.
I'm not too concerned about service or the restaurant appearance, HOWEVER......if I go to the bathroom, that's a good indication of the kitchen. Service? Everyone has bad days. I'll bring to attention - to the server - about anything wrong. It all depends on how they handle it.
LET'S EAT BREAKFAST!!!
