Folks, I'm not giving away WHAT I order every time I have breakfast while out on this "tour", but it's the same EXACT thing. That way, I can compare quality, portion, and cost. But this morning's breakfast had my head spinning!!! As a result, I WILL NOT be going back to that establishment.
While the food WAS good - probably the best bacon I've eaten - I'm not sure it was worth OVER $8!!! WITHOUT TIP!!! The LOWEST priced place I've been is well under $4!!
So, tomorrow....I'm off to The Homestead!
Amy's Kitchen is my favorite in town. I order the same thing every time and the only deviation is the bacon.....2 eggs OE, crisp bacon, biscuit and gravy plus decaf coffee.....4.12 incl tax. Other places have charged up to 8.00 for the same!!
